The 11 Cub Leaders were divided into three sixes. The theme of the three full weekends was "TRAIN_ING", hence the unique train names for each group.

All the "Engineers-in-Training" and Engineers came from Southern Ontario. The Regions represented included Central Escarpment, Greater Toronto, Shining Waters, Tri-Shores and Atironta.

Training took place at Scout House in Toronto (Apr 19-21), and Camp Oba-sa-teeka (May 3-5, 24-26) near Alliston, Ontario.
